Excellent, thought-inspiring teaching tool

I am delighted to be able to incorporate Equity in the Workplace into my municipal Inclusion teachings. The cards are very intuitive, and adaptable. For example, there are easy, intermediate and advanced levels, sub-coded to reflect specific target areas of bias, intersectionality, mental health, leadership, privilege, and allyship.
